Short introduction of the event

The Tall Ships Races Fredrikstad 2023 is Norway's largest maritime festival, bringing together sailing ships from all over the world in the beautiful port city of Fredrikstad, located at the mouth of the Glomma River in Norway.

Along the river, enjoy the beautiful views of large and small ships on both sides of the river. Walk down the river to The Library Park, past Tollboden, and take the free ferry to The Old Town. From The Old Town, you can hop back on the ferry to Isegran. On the other side of the river (Kråkerøy), you can admire ships from Isegran and along the quays towards Værste.

But the Tall Ships Races Fredrikstad 2023 offer more than just spectacular ships.... The event offers a wide range of activities, ranging from live music and dance performances to craft workshops and markets with local delicacies. Visitors can also board the ships and admire the skills of the crews.me and in the evenings.
