Sailing and growing go hand in hand on a Grow sailing trip. It is the perfect combination between personal and professional growth and a pure experience on the ocean. During this unique trip, the participants will take a charted course that is carefully supervised by professional coaches or trainers.

Our Grow trips are carefully structured. First and foremost, We plan a run-up first and foremost, where we focus on the preparation for the nautical aspects and for learning the charted course itself. We then embark on a sailing trip together on the ocean for several days. During this intense journey you will come into contact with your own "I", learn to work together, dare to be vulnerable and learn from yourself and from others. The sailing trip is the final element where our sailors disembark with ambitious plans and ideas.

The inspire trips are intended for participating passengers who like to get acquainted with sailing and the ocean as well as for experienced sailors who feel like doing something different. Needless to say, not every trip is the same. That is why we like to make a distinction in difficulty and effort, so that you can have an idea of what you can, should and might expect.

1 iceberg

One-iceberg sailing trips take place during the day. No night crossings are planned. In the evening we are either anchored or in a harbour. We are very flexible in terms of weather conditions during such a trip. In case of bad weather conditions, we plan another activity with due consultation.

2 icebergs

This type of trip involves one or more crossings of up to one night at sea. Since the trips are structured to spend one night at sea maximum during the same stage, we can easily adapt to the possible changing weather conditions.

3 icebergs

These trips entail longer crossings from 2 days to several weeks of non-stop ocean sailing. Three-iceberg trips are suitable only for participating passengers who have done a 1- or 2-iceberg trip before or can show that they have experience. There is a real chance that we will end up in less comfortable conditions here. However, this type of trip is always a unique and beautiful achievement.
