Our programme during this trip

Embarkation

Embarkation will take place in Ostend at the Mercatormarina on Friday evening 07/04/2023.

After making up the menu, we can do some shopping and prepare Saeftinghe for our departure on Saturday morning.

The programme

Depending on the meteo, we will choose a nice destination. This could be France, the Netherlands or England or a combination.

Saturday morning after breakfast, we will head out to sea. By evening we will be back in a harbour.

Monday afternoon we plan to be back in Ostend.

Disembarkation

Disembarkation is scheduled for Monday evening 10/04/2023 (Easter Monday) in Ostend.

For whom is this intended?

A few days off. Being disconnected for a while during Easter. Anyone who feels like a few pleasant days of sailing and enjoying the conversations, the sea and being together is welcome!

Together with the captain, there are 2 experienced crew members on board. Do you have knowledge of sailing and want to brush up on your experience or are you a layman, we will go out together and everyone will be involved in the working of the ship and sailing per se according to their own abilities and interests.

This trip is full board

Full board with Arruno Exploration includes the following:

• Welcome on board
• Accommodation on board based on 2 persons per room. A room consists of 2 single beds (bunk beds) with private bathroom or shared bathroom facilities.
• Breakfast
• Light lunch
• Dinner
• Water, coffee and tea à volonté 
• Service captain and one crew member
• Use of safety equipment
• Use of the ship for the purposes described in the programme (mooring fees, fuel costs, maintenance, insurance, etc.)

What are the extras?

• Travel and accommodation costs other than on board
• Transfers from or to the port of arrival or the port of departure
• Excursions if not mentioned in the programme
• Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages 
• Communication costs
• Appropriate clothing and footwear
• Costs for excursions, restaurant,... if not specifically mentioned in the programme.
