The following day the city hosts the Crew Parade, Award Ceremony and Crew Party, celebrating the achievements of all trainees.

Disembarkation

We arrive in Stavanger, Norway, on 22 July. After enjoying the port festival and celebrations you disembark in the morning of 24 July, enriched with new skills and international friendships.

For whom is this trip suitable?

This trip is only for students from the Antwerp Maritime Academy and Sailtraining for Students.

On each voyage you will see one to three icebergs. This is our way of showing how demanding or challenging a trip will be. The more icebergs, the more action, longer sailing days and less comfort. One iceberg means an easier trip, while three icebergs stand for an intensive challenge.

Are you ready to take on the challenge?

The races are 3-iceberg voyages: intense, adventurous and full of action. Together with young people from all over the world you form a team and truly learn how to sail a Tall Ship. You stand watch, navigate day and night, and feel the thrill of competition. It is tough, but that’s exactly what makes it unforgettable.
