As part of the Arctic Norwegian Expedition, we are organising two exclusive weeks with our partners in spring 2025 where you can experience this unique combination of sport and nature. Both weeks are open to individual enrolments and offer the chance to take part in an unforgettable experience in the region of Tromsø, Lyngen Alps, Norway.

Week 1: Sailing & Skiing with Flo Vanden Bussche as partner

  • 5 April 2025 - 12 April 2025 (first week of Easter holidays)

Programme

  • Saturday 5 April 2025:
    • Arrive in Tromsø and board the sailing ship Saeftinghe at 17:00. After a short welcome, you can settle into your cabin and meet the other participants.
  • Sunday 6 April - Friday 11 April 2025:
    • Each day, depending on the weather and snow conditions, we will set out for the best skiing experiences in the Lyngen Alps. The itinerary will be planned day by day in consultation with the crew and guide. Expect challenging tours, spectacular views, and the freedom to explore remote and pristine ski areas.
  • Saturday 12 April 2025:
    • At 10am, after breakfast, we will leave the ship in Tromsø harbour and say goodbye to an unforgettable experience.

  • 7 nights' stay on board the sailing ship Saeftinghe
  • All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) on board

Week 2: Sailing & Skiing with Snowplus as partner

  • 19 April 2025 - 26 April 2025

  • Tromsø, Norway

  • € 2,890 (30% deposit payable upon booking)

Programme

  • Saturday 19 April 2025:
    • Arrival in Tromsø with transfer to the sailing ship Saeftinghe, where the crew will welcome you on board.
  • Sunday 20 April - Friday 25 April 2025:
    • For six days we will explore the mountains of the Lyngen Alps, skiing an average of 1000 altimeters each day, depending on the level and wishes of the group. Half a day will be spent ski touring and the rest of the day we will sail along the breathtaking fjords.
  • Saturday, 26 April 2025:
    • At 10am, after breakfast, we will leave the ship in Tromsø harbour.

  • 7 nights' stay on board the sailing ship Saeftinghe in a double cabin
  • Full board (including breakfast, packed lunch and dinner)
  • Water, coffee and tea available unlimited
  • Bed linen and towels
  • 6 days guidance by a Dutch-speaking ski guide
