Embarkation

Embarkation takes place in Szczezin, Poland during the last evening of the Tall Ships Races 2024 on Sunday 04/08/2024 from 18:00.

After an aperitif, we provide another light meal on board and you can still enjoy life during the Tall Ships Races.

Your transport to Szczezin has to be organised by yourself.

The programme

Sunday evening you can still enjoy the Tall Ships and a programme full of performances and other activities

Monday we will sail out of Szczezin harbour with the other participants of the Tall Ships Races during an impressive Sail Out.

Depending on the group, we will then decide together how our route to Copenhagen will run.

Disembarkation

Disembarkation is scheduled for Sunday morning 11/08/2024 after breakfast in Copenhagen.

For whom is this intended?

This sailing trip is perfect for adventurers who want to experience the splendour of the Baltic Sea, surrounded by a mix of culture and nature. Whether you are a seasoned sailor or have never hoisted a sail before, this trip is open to everyone. Our experienced crew will make sure you can fully immerse yourself in nautical life. We customise our itineraries based on the group to make it enjoyable for everyone. And since the Baltic Sea is sheltered by land, this adventure is also ideal for families with children.

This trip is full board

Full board with Arruno Exploration includes the following:

• Welcome on board
• Accommodation on board based on 2 persons per room. A room consists of 2 single beds (bunk beds) with shared bathroom facilities.
• Breakfast
• Light lunch
• Dinner
• Water, coffee and tea à volonté 
• Service captain and one crew member
• Use of safety equipment
• Use of the ship for the purposes described in the programme (mooring fees, fuel costs, maintenance, insurance, etc.)

What are the extras?

• Travel and accommodation costs other than on board
• Transfers from or to the port of arrival or the port of departure
• Excursions if not mentioned in the programme
• Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages 
• Communication costs
• Appropriate clothing and footwear
